None of us could have ever imagined 2020 being the kind of year it has been! On top of the COVID-19 pandemic that paused Ocoee Outreach this past summer, and all the turmoil our Country is experiencing, we had 4 tornados that touched down in Cleveland the evening of Easter Sunday in April that caused widespread damage to our region. Ocoee Outreach has been working through our local churches to take on tornado rebuild & home repair projects on a limited basis and minister to families, however our need for home repair Church Mission Teams during the Summer of 2021 is greater than ever.  We are way backed up on Projects and need your help in 2021!

Even before COVID-19 and the April 2020 Tornados, we’ve had a tremendous need for mission teams as Southeast Cleveland TN ranks #1 in the state per condensed poverty and #9 in the nation.  Our mission teams engage in home repair, day camps/bybc’s, evangelistic block parties & much more. Our goal is to share Christ with all we encounter. There is never a lack of home rehab projects and needy apartment complexes to reach. Ocoee Outreach is also very connected to the local church in everything we do.  We are under the umbrella of the CrossNet Baptist Network/Association and the SBC Tennessee Baptist Mission Board.

Nestled in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains your group will have some incredible opportunities to go whitewater rafting, swim at some beautiful river spots, hike and take in breathtaking river falls & mountain views, explore caverns or enjoy scenic Chattanooga on your “Fall In Love w/Southeast TN Day”.   For interested mission teams wanting to partner with us in 2021, Checkout our Preliminary Information Packet, Complete Planning Guide & Promo Video in our Download’s Section.  We have very economical plans to choose from.

As we continue to monitor Covid-19, we will have safeguards and guidelines in place (also in our downloads sections). We are constantly evaluating these and will make changes as necessary.
